Testers' Forum

If you are one of our testers or want to apply to become an Obscurum tester, you can simply go to:
And follow the instructions.

Truth be told, you're very likely to be allowed as long as we've heard of you before.

The POINT of this Forum is to provide a closed source for Beta Testers to get their hands on shoddy updates and provide a platform for Thumble to enlist more testers so he doesn't have to rely on me and my unreliable laptop to test things for him.

Say hi in the Nexus comments' if you've never spoken to us before. It's alright. Just don't be an idiot.

You're in big trouble

Beta.11 is out. Download it, enjoy the improvements, hate us even more! [insert evil cackle]

There's hints to be found. I know most of you probably use NMM or another download manager. But you should pay attention to what you download. You might miss out if you don't.

Merry Christmas from the Obscurum Crew!

As the title says, I hope you lot will enjoy the coming cold days in the company of a warm family, group of friends or gaming your rocks off.

Because, honestly, who of you would NOT be gaming during Christmas? Unless you're forced by your family, which would mean you're probably underage, so you shouldn't even be playing Fallout 3 because its 16+! (but who gives a shite anyway...)

Yes, I for one will probably be gaming that little extra bit. Lonely? Asocial? These words are irrelevant. The virtual world needs a hero, and I will not ignore the call!
Or, you can just play our mod and have one of the scariest Christmasses (Christmasees? Christmas's? Whats Plural for Christmas anyway?) you'll never want to be remember.

Nope, no special goodies from us. What, disappointed? We have lives too, you know. (well I pretend to have one...)

Just pig on some of that Turkey (or Tofurkey for those Vegetarians out there...) and think of us.
Yes, that warm feeling in your stomach is thanks to us, YOU'RE WELCOME!
My God, that is a creepy thought.

Also, anonymous reactions are now enabled. But if I catch someone spamming, I'm sending a Shadow after your behind. The one in the video. With the knife. You know.

So, have a good one. And if you're legal to drink, get wasted on liquor. Tell 'em RJ said it's fine. Don't you dare drive a car though.

Merry Christmas and a Happy, Spooky, New Year!

Sneak peeks!

A few pictures from the current progress on Obscurum's take on The Pitt.

Doing this made me start hating on Picasa though. Find out why...

A message from your lord and master.

Hello, denizens of Obscurum.

I trust you've enjoyed your venture within the depths of unbridled madness. To face the armatures of the arbitrary and live to tell the tale.

To be part of an expiring species, witnessing your own twilight.

To succumb to the darkness and the futility, and decree that your demise marks a new epoch!

This, is Obscurum.

The Obscurum blog rises!

Yes, I selfishly took the honors of making the first post. Also, I needed at least one post up to see how it's working with the blog's layout. Again, it's another endeavor of mine to use my little designing experience to give a sparkling and fancy layout to a mod well-deserving of such.

I was toying with the idea as well at some point, but in the end it really was Thumble's idea to come up with a blog. I'm here to make it look fancy, maybe post some stuff that I should be posting instead of Thumble. (though I can't think of anything that'd be in such a case)

It feels good to do this. The Nexus is a great place to host a mod, and their Articles system surely is handy, but it's really nothing like a good ol' blog. So yeah, here it is, a new blog. Here you'll get to see the latest Obscurum news, maybe get a sneak peek of what we're doing.

Thumble is the man in charge of the mod and it's development. So unless I need to make an important announcement, I'll leave the OFFICIAL introduction of the blog up to him.
